An absolutely gorgeous vintage vanity perfume bottle combining heavy textured glass, elaborate gold tone filigree and a delicate hand painted pink rose enamel medallion.
The square clear glass bottle rests inside a remarkably intricate ormolu-style gilt metal cage, with pierced floral filigree panels, embossed borders, ornate corner details and four rounded feet. At the center is an oval white enamel medallion decorated with a soft pink rose and green leaves, surrounded by an elaborate scrolling mount.
The removable glass bottle has a substantial square glass stopper with an intact glass dauber, making this a particularly lovely display piece for a vintage vanity, perfume bottle collection or romantic Hollywood Regency interior.
